Domains, DNS and mailboxes for cold email, on your own mail server. Ready mailboxes go straight into Sales Machines.
Keep cold email at about 30 a day per mailbox and 3 mailboxes per domain; warm new mailboxes for about 2 weeks first.
DNS is served by this server. A domain sends well when MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC are all in place and the registrar points it at our name servers.
| Domain | Mailboxes | Client | A | MX | SPF | DKIM | DMARC | Registrar |

Find available names, buy them through Namecheap, and get them ready to send in one go: name servers, mail server, DKIM, SPF, DMARC and mailboxes. Bought domains go to the client selected at the top.

Actions across many domains at once. Each runs in the background; progress shows below.
Adds them to the mail server, writes all DNS records, points Namecheap name servers here, creates mailboxes and assigns them to the selected client.
Updates DKIM and MX for every domain of the selected client from the mail server, and adds SPF, DMARC or TLS reporting only where missing. Existing SPF and DMARC policies are never changed. Use after a DKIM key rotation or when a check shows missing records.
Sets Namecheap name servers for these domains to this server's DNS.
Used as the default when buying or setting up domains.
Profile → Tools → API Access in Namecheap: turn it on and whitelist this server's IP. The key is stored on the server and never shown again.
Each client owns its domains and mailboxes. Give a client its own Sales Machines API key (from that client's workspace → API keys) so its mailboxes go into its own workspace.

People who sign in here with their email and only see their own client's domains and mailboxes. They can't buy domains or change DNS.
